Blushing Sky

Lifeguard station on Cherry Beach, Toronto

I love getting up so early that I catch the morning sky in a crimson tinge. It’s almost as if the sky is blushing because I caught it before it got all blue and ready for a bright new day.

But like a person that blushes, it takes no time for the sky’s flushed response to dissipate. The sky quickly progresses through shades of pink and even hints of purple before the firmament’s cerulean splendor takes over.

I certainly have a weakness for blushing skies.

The skies in all three shots are wonderful, I love the colour variation from top to bottom of each image. The lifeguard station shot was really captivating, I love how the colour and shade wraps itself round the building.
