Coast of Chile Collection

Shore of the Pacific Ocean in Valparaíso, Chile 2010-12-19

By Stéfan.

Chile is a beautiful country. And like all beautiful countries, it’s a photographer’s dream.

On my last trip to Chile, I had the pleasure of spending many days along the coast. Believe me, it’s a spectacular coast.

Just imagine peaceful walks along sandy beaches with an ocean breeze to cool you. Picture a stroll along coastal cliffs adorned with beautiful vegetation.

It’s no wonder I return to Chile regularly.

The coast of Chile is spectacular.

    These photos are phenomenal!

The red sailboat shot is very artsy, but I could sit and stare at the crashing waves in the 7th photo forever. I love the sound of waves as they flow up onto the beach and then slowly slide back into the ocean.

There is really not many experiences that can compare to the peace found while walking on the beach, toes scrunching the sand with the sun slowly setting into the water and the sky ablaze with color.

    Love this group of photos.

I really enjoy looking at all your photos because they are of things that are completely new to me since I have never traveled outside of the United States. They are all just awesome.

Wonderful pictures, and it wakes up some nostalgy. I lived in Santiago for many years, and went to the same coast as much as I could. My wife and myself have some favourite places, e.g. some nice cozy restaurants in Con-Con where you can spend hours simpy watching the scenery and enjoy the best seafood and wine.
I really miss it and hope to back for visit very soon.
