I usually have a good sense of direction. But on this particular outing in High Park, I tried to get lost. I wanted happenstance and the unknown to guide me through the large park.

Burgeoning Trees

I do not meditate. But, sitting on a bench by the lake, surrounded by burgeoning trees, I do get lost in dreamy thoughts.
Nature’s Lungs

It is an old analogy, but thinking of trees as nature’s lungs makes sense. They replenish the oxygen and help reduce pollution. Trees are functional and important in addition to being beautiful.
