Old Streets
The old narrow streets of many cities are rich in visual appeal. Old Montréal is no different: it has plenty of interesting views.
Chile in Montréal
In Montreal, one can find this rich culture that screams freedom through music. Walking around old Montreal, my attention was drawn to the sound of Chilean folk songs coming from a trio of Latin men strumming their guitars.
Coloured Glass
I use to have blue tinted sunglasses and I loved them. They made the sky blue even on gray days. It’s that power to transform the view that I find magical in coloured glass.
Two Great Men
Walking around Kensington Market can be like entering a time machine that can transport you to a world of your choice. On this occasion, I was transported to a time when two great men impressed the world: Che and Bob.
In the Clouds
I still hear my mother’s voice telling me to look ahead when I walk and not at the clouds. As a young boy I always had my head in the clouds; I am a dreamer by nature. I used to sit under a weeping willow at a nearby river and cloud-watch as long as I could.
Animals in the Backyard
It’s good to let the animals roam in the backyard, to dillydally, and to get a bit of stimulation. Often times, I sit there with them and enjoy the moment.
Not a Trojan Horse
There are many stories about horses. As a young boy, I was captivated by this wonderful animal and loved hearing stories about them.
Cleaning Windows
It’s time again for me to clean the windows. It should be made clear that I don’t like cleaning windows – not at all.

Just like the posting by Stéfan on creative block, I too have hit a brick wall in the past.
A Few Ants
We have a few ants around the yard. I suppose everyone does. But this year, they seem pretty large.
