Do you remember the last time you took a moment to relax and had time to rest?

For many people it just doesn’t happen often enough.

We are all so busy with life that it takes time and planning to relax.

There are so many important goals to achieve, so many things to do that we forget the most important thing in life. We forget ourselves.

Remember that the best time to take a vacation is when there is no time for one.

I live in a forest and I always take that time to rest and take in the beauty every day. It refreshes me. I grew up near the ocean and I used to spend time almost every day there. Beautiful photos!

Every day after work I sit on the couch in front of the big window with Bella and relax for 30 minutes. I release the day.

I’m constanly rushing from one task to another. The only time I consider time out is when I’m writing, and can enter a different world, or exercising on the ellipse, when I let my body chug along and my mind goes blank. I haven’t had a real vacation that I can remember. I do stop to smell the roses and really look at the forests, fields, gardens and creatures around me. But I agree with you, at least in theory. Love your photos. 🙂
