There have been many times when my thoughts won’t let me go to sleep. I just can’t stop thinking. If I could only turn my thoughts off for the next 5 hours and be able to sleep, everything would be ok.

Some say it could be stress and it could sure be stress because it only happens when I have decisions to make, people to see or a major event to attend.

After so many sleepless nights, I have come to realize that the reason I can’t stop thinking at night is because my thoughts are planning my life.
